    I listed an investment property with Daniel last year and it was sooo easy. He did his homework setting the price point, and made some great simple recomendations to increase the appeal of the property, thereafter it was rented quickly and the tenants have been excellent!     My wife and I have been blessed with the opportunity to work with Daniel for the past month.
